Interim Adult Endoscopy Manager Needed at a Leading Healthcare Facility in Oklahoma City

The Position

  • An Interim Adult Endoscopy Manager is urgently needed to lead operations across two busy hospital campuses. This position will be integral in managing the transition and consolidation from three to two units, aiming to optimize efficiency and care standards.
  • This role will report directly to the department director, with a dotted line to the Vice President of Operations. The manager will be responsible for 39 FTEs.
  • The interim manager will face the challenge of improving physician relationships and staff morale, managing staffing needs with the addition of travelers, and enhancing survey readiness and compliance with Joint Commission standards. The role will focus on operational excellence, ensuring high levels of patient care and staff performance.
  • Ideal candidates will be dynamic, effective communicators with the ability to engage with staff and physicians diplomatically. Experience in managing large teams and navigating complex healthcare settings is crucial.
  • Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.


  • BSN required; Master’s preferred.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly in endoscopy or gastrointestinal services, is essential.
