Seeking a strategic, visionary leader to optimize EPIC implementation and expansion as Chief Medical Informatics Officer with CHI Health in Omaha, Nebraska

The Position
  • The Chief Medical Informatics Officer will be responsible for planning, leading and evaluating health informatics programs across the CHI Health system
  • As a champion of the effective use of clinical informatics systems, the Chief Medical Informatics Officer will ensure the standardization, optimization and expansion of clinical information systems across all entities, in alignment with strategic initiatives
  • This visionary executive leader will serve as a spokesperson for clinical IT strategy, providing leadership and guidance regarding the design of systems, clinical content, workflow and operational processes, quality patient care and benefits realization
  • He/she will work with service lines and multi-disciplinary teams to create new order sets and comprehensive medical records
  • Experience implementing EPIC systems across a multi-hospital healthcare system required
  • MD/DO required
