Seeking a new Interim CVOR Manager to join a Nebraska medical center


The Position

  • The Interim CVOR Manager will oversee approximately 7+ FTEs and focus on the responsibilities within the CVOR department. 
  • The Manager will work to build a trusting, supportive culture as well as a positive working relationship with the Main OR. 
  • Help stabilize staffing and reduce turnover rates. 
  • Ideal candidates will be demonstrated servant leaders with excellent communication skills. 
  • Must be available to start within 2 weeks upon acceptance.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
