Summary

Seeking a Administrator/Director of Clinical Services, Home Health to lead start-up operations for a brand new site in Orlando, Florida 


The Position

  • The Director is accountable for the operational, administrative and clinical leadership needs of the home health agency
  • The Director is the driving force to open a brand new site and manages all aspects of the start-up including compliance, recruitment, quality of care, finances, performance, engagement, policy, patient experience and communications with system leaders
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years in home health care, including three years at the Director or Administrator level of nurse leadership
  • Florida RN license required, BSN degree highly preferred
  • Experience starting up a home health facility or agency is a plus
