Summary

Wisconsin Medical Center is seeking a new operational and innovative Chief Financial Officer  

The Position

• The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for planning, organizing, and creating revenue cycle analytics for the organization. 
• The CFO will focus on growth and building relationships with the leadership, physicians, and financial committee.
• This innovative leader should be able to easily operate and present streamlined financial information and reporting to the medical staff, executive leadership team and board.  
• Seeking a supportive, experienced leader who has a team-based leadership approach. 

Requirements

• Minimum of five years revenue cycle and finance management experience in a hospital setting required.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred.
• CPA knowledge preferred.

• Osceola Medical Center has been serving the surrounding communities in the St. Croix Valley since 1932.
• Nestled along the banks of the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, a part of the National Park Service, our community offers plenty of home-town charm and amenities, including its bustling downtown listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 
• The organization conducts ongoing quality analysis incorporating tools such as Patient Satisfaction Surveys, Core Measures and National Patient Safety Goals.
• As an integral part of the Osceola community, the medical center has adopted the 2016 Polk County Community Health Needs Assessment, a collaborative effort of the Polk County Health Department, Amery Hospital and Clinic, Osceola Medical Center and St. Croix Regional Medical Center.
• The assessment provides a series of forums and surveys to strategically help the county and local area health-care facilities create healthier communities.

• Osceola is located in the northwestern region of Wisconsin, sitting on the border with Minnesota.
• The village is nestled along the St. Croix River and is an outdoor lover’s paradise.
• Residents take advantage of kayaking, canoeing, camping, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, fishing among an abundance of other recreational activities.
• Sitting about an hour from Minneapolis, Osceola offers easy access to big city attractions.
• The downtown commercial district, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, tempts visitors with one-of-a-kind shops and eating establishments. Cascade Falls, located in the southwest corner of the business district, provides a cooling respite on hot summer days and a frosty landscape in the winter.
