Summary

A Western region healthcare facility is seeking their next Interim Nursing Professional Development Specialist, Endoscopy/Procedure Room! 

The Position

• The Interim Nursing Professional Development Specialist, Endoscopy/Procedure Room, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department. 
• The Interim Specialist will oversee both inpatient and outpatient endoscopy/bronchoscopy departments and will manage ERCP, POEM, Cone Biopsies, and Cardioversions.  
• This leader will analyze and revise currently implemented policies while ensuring that departmental structures and operations are in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.  
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active RN license is required. 
• Previous Endoscopy and/or Education experience is required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $145,000 - $150,000 annually. 
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
