Interim Social Work Manager Needed in California Healthcare System
The Position
- An Interim Social Work Manager is needed to oversee social work operations, specifically within the oncology unit.
- This role will report directly to the Director of Social Work and oversee around 30 FTEs.
- The Interim Manager will focus on maintaining a cohesive team during the current leadership gap, participating in leadership meetings, and contributing to growth planning for the department.
- The ideal candidate will have at least two to five years of social work leadership experience within oncology settings. Experience in both inpatient and outpatient oncology environments is highly preferred.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- LCSW required.
- Previous healthcare experience required.

Pay Details
- Pay Range: $150,000 - $170,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
