Exciting remote work opportunity for a SoCal resident to become Interim Call Center Manager, Quality & Case Management
- The Interim Call Center Manager is a remote role based out of Southern California, providing support to staff working telephone triage calls for the Quality & Case Management department
- Shift from 7AM – 5PM
- Must have an RN license, Bachelor’s degree and reside in Southern California
- Experience with EPIC telephone triage or clinical contact centers
- Pasadena, California lies slightly northeast of downtown Los Angeles, only twelve miles away.

- The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
