Configure online learning systems and education technology for the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine as Project Manager, Education Technology

The Position
  • The Project Manager, Education Technology operates as point of contact on all technologies supporting the KP School of Medicine’s digital education tools including: the Learning Management System, Curriculum Management System, audiovisual learning and virtual reality learning platforms
  • The Project Manger will work with tech vendors, IT, faculty and relevant stakeholders to ensure all electronic platforms meet the needs and demands of the KPSOM medical education curriculum
  • Provide technical leadership and support services in regards to adopting new functions and features, onboarding personnel in the use of e-learning platforms and overseeing systems integration, quality assurance and regular maintenance
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking Technology, Computer Information Technology or Information Systems plus three years of experience in Operations Analysis and Design, Systems Programming, Instructional Technology or Education Technology; OR Associate’s degree in aforementioned areas with five or more years of related work experience
  • Prior work at an institution of higher learning or academic medical center is preferred
