The Position

  • The Senior Director, Human Resources oversees daily activities of the HR department focusing on employee recruitment, performance, retention and engagement
  • Identify areas of opportunity for the department to better serve employees and implement new policies, procedures or projects as needed
  • Oversee programs related to benefits, compensation, termination, orientation, rewards/recognitions and HR compliance (OSHA, EEO, FMLA, etc.)
  • The Senior Director reports to the Vice President, Organizational Engagement & Development and will supervise five direct reports
  • Master’s degree and 8+ years in healthcare HR management are required
