The Position
- The Interim Sr. Director of Surgical Services will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout four hospitals.
- The Interim Sr. Director will oversee and manage staff members throughout GI, Urology, oncology Neurology, Women’s Services, SPTD units throughout the organization.
- Collaborating closely with the Chair of Surgery, Executive Sponsors, and the Executive Leadership team, the Interim Sr. Director will strive to identify and develop new business and growth opportunities to ensure optimal departmental growth and patient care.
- The Interim Sr. Director will be responsible for the oversight of all Anesthesia providers including contract reviews, reconciliations, and anesthesia operations throughout the system.
- This leader will analyze and revise currently implemented policies and programs including spine, robotics, and surgery, while ensuring that departmental structures and operations are in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
- The ideal leader will strive to improve working relationships with surgeons, strong leadership skills, team building, and the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree is required.
- Active compact RN license is required.
- ASC experience is required.
