Exciting Opportunity to Lead a Growing Lab Department Across Multiple Sites as the New Laboratory Manager at Phoenix Children’s Hospital! 

The Position

  • The Manager, Laboratory Medicine provides oversight to the daily operations of the clinical laboratory and transfusion services at all Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s inpatient and outpatient facilities. 
  • Reporting to the Vice President of Laboratory Services, this collaborative leader will oversee a team of 60+ FTEs and be responsible for personnel, budget, and supply management at all locations.
  • Seeking a growth-minded and strong operational Manager who will be one of the key leaders in standing up a new hospital laboratory.
  • Must bring multi-site laboratory management experience as this leader will drive implementing best practices and lean processes to streamline technologies and results across sites.
  • Bachelor’s degree and ASCP or NCA certification required. Master’s degree preferred.
