The Position

  • The Interim Assistant Patient Care Manager, Emergency Department, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 17-bed department. 
  • This role will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including team alignment, supply reorganization, and overall growth of the department. 
  • The role entails establishing clear roles and expectations for the team, emphasizing best practices, and providing mentorship and education to staff on new initiatives and skill development.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Active California RN license is required. 
  • A minimum of two years of progressive leadership experience is required. 

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $175,000 - $185,000 annually. 
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
