The Position

  • The Interim Director of Nursing oversees skilled nursing and long-term care
  • Oversee staff scheduling, quality of care, assessments, performance and general nursing operations
  • The Interim will focus on meeting compliance standards, providing stability and expertise surrounding Long-Term Care, making necessary improvements and mentoring other leaders

The Ideal Interim Leader

  • Must have active California RN license, BLS certification and knowledge of regulatory standards (i.e. Title 22, OBRA, HCFA)
  • Requires significant background in Long-Term Care and experience as a nurse leader
