A healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Director of Quality!  

The Position

• An Interim Director of Quality is needed to support Quality and Performance Improvement operations throughout the facility. 
• This role will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including team alignment, evaluation of current programs, and overall growth of the department. 
• The role entails establishing clear roles and expectations for the team, emphasizing best practices, and providing mentorship and education to staff on new initiatives and skill development.
• The ideal leader will have strong leadership skills, experience in change management, team building, and the ability to drive change and innovation.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active RN license is required.
