Seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to join an expanding multi-site practice in the Southeast Region!

The Position

  • The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead operational and human resources functions for a well-established, multi-site practice in the Southeastern region.
  • In close partnership with the physician board of directors and practice partners, the CEO is responsible for creating and implementing a strategic plan that will optimize patient care outcomes, productivity metrics, day-to-day operations, and future growth. 
  • This leader will demonstrate leadership as a visible leader and an effective communicator within the practice driving a focus on enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture. 
  • The CEO will facilitate monthly board meetings, represent the practice to external stakeholders, and oversee activities around regulatory compliance, provider recruitment, service line development, and succession planning. 
  • Must bring 5+ years within practice management senior leadership. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree and medical group management certification (e.g., CMPE, FACMPE) preferred.

  • Blue Ridge Dermatology is a patient-centered dermatology practice that provides both medical and cosmetic dermatology services to members throughout their communities in both Raleigh, North Carolina, and Cary, North Carolina. 
  • Blue Ridge Dermatology offers a wide variety of services including both medical and cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic injectables, and esthetician services. 
  • Blue Ridge Dermatology is staffed by nine Board Certified Dermatologists, awarded by the American Board of Dermatology, including two licensed Medical Estheticians, and Laser Technicians. 
  • With a high focus on patient care, Blue Ridge Dermatology listens to the concerns of each individual patient and creates a customized care plan to improve individual conditions and restore confidence within their patients.
