The Position

  • The Director of Nursing, Long-Term Care will oversee that the residents are given therapeutic care in a holistic systematic way. 
  • The Director will support the clinical management team of Eldercare delivery, while producing quality care with optimal individual resident outcomes.
  • Focus on ensuring all employees have regular communication to improve the care provided to the residents of the facility.
  • Seeking an experienced RN leader with previous Long-Term Care and management experience.
  • BSN; certified DNS and/or geriatric specialty preferred.
