Serve as Director of Talent Resourcing/Recruitment in Rapid City, South Dakota, home of the iconic Mt. Rushmore sculpture and the outdoor adventurer’s dream location!

The Position

  • As a key stakeholder, the Director of Talent Resourcing/Recruitment will provide strategic direction and execution for all aspects of the talent acquisition process including developing and executing solid recruitment and collaboration with brand strategy.
  • Responsible for system-wide oversight, direction and strategy development for talent acquisition, talent attraction and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leaders to determine strategic staffing needs and design sourcing and recruiting strategy development as well as research and implement innovative new programs, events and sources to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Ideal candidates will bring creative and effective staffing and recruitment strategies as well as demonstrate the ability to provide immediate impact to the organization. 
  • Must bring previous management experience as it pertains to talent management. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations or related area required; Master’s degree preferred.
