The Position

  • The Interim Medical Director of Employee Health Services will be responsible for all employee related services including compensation, human resources, medical relations, and evaluations.
  • The Medical Director will access existing processes and implement changes that will ensure and encourage progression in future procedures to allow the organization to achieve both long- and short-term goals. 
  • Seeking a dynamic leader who will be able to handle competing priorities while simultaneously being time efficient to guarantee that all needs are consistently met. 
  • Other areas of oversight include employee vaccinations, fitness evaluations, exposures, testing, and the overall well-being of the staff and physicians. 
  • Ideal candidates will bring experience in an academic setting. 
  • Virginia Medical license is required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
