The Position

  • The Associate Director of Compensation will be responsible for overseeing compensation analysts and senior analysts, including 5 direct reports. 
  • The Associate Director will function from a process and strategic planning standpoint, assessing current department structure and implementing strong, innovative practices. 
  • Provides advanced level content expertise in developing, implementing, communicating and administering University-wide compensation programs and policies in order to recruit, retain, and reward a qualified and diverse workforce.
  • Implement best course of action and enhance pay practices as it pertains to tracking and monitoring all work that comes in for market reviews and market assessments.
  • Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to be flexible, collaborative, and a willingness to learn and work with differing insights and ideas. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of progressive relevant Compensation experience, including 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
