Summary

The Interim Director Mental Health Unit is the clinical lead for two inpatient behavioral units in Napa Valley, California

The Position
  • The Interim Director Mental Health Unit leads a 37-bed behavioral health department across two units, driving clinical operations, patient satisfaction and staff engagement
  • Work with staff, charge nurses and physicians to deliver efficient and effective clinical care in a safe environment; the Interim Director is responsible for 80 FTEs
  • The Interim Director should provide stability, prepare the behavioral department for regulatory surveys and address staffing and recruitment efforts
  • The Interim establishes and strives to execute goals for patient safety, quality of care and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • The Interim must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, have prior behavioral health Director level experience and have an active California RN license

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
