Summary

Join a California Medical Center as their new Interim Rehab Manager! 

The Position

  • The Interim Rehab Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations pertaining to Rehabilitation initiatives and will supervise approximately 30 FTEs. 
  • The Interim Manager will oversee joint replacement, stroke, and STEMI center operations and will strive to maintain and complete all ongoing implemented initiatives throughout the department. 
  • Seeking a hands-on leader who will be willing to provide staff members with necessary tools and resources to ensure optimal patient care. 
  • Candidates will ideally bring 3+ years of managerial experience within a related setting.  
  • Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Active California PT and/or OT license is required. 

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $155,000 - $162,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
