The Position

  • The Director of Financial Operations will oversee the financial wellbeing of the School of Dentistry, to include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strategy planning and business performance
  • The Director will address the organization's financial demands from a strategic standpoint and communicate the numbers to inform high-level decision-making
  • The Director should be well-versed in managing highly complex affairs including state funds, grants and endowments
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required; Master’s preferred
  • Prior leadership experience over financial operations is required
  • Must have a background in accounting, CPA preferred
