Interim OR Manager needed on the West Coast!


The Position 

  • The Interim OR Manager will be responsible for the oversight, and day-to-day operations of the assigned unit. 
  • This leader will be tasked with maintaining staff, and decreasing department turnover. They will actively listen to staff and physician needs, and lastly, this leader will assist in finishing the efficiency metric optimization project. 
  • Ideal candidates will be open-minded, kind leaders. Knowledge of Cerner and iQueue is a plus. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Active RN required. 
  • Previous healthcare leadership experience required. 

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $155,000 - $165,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location
