The Position

  • Seeking Interim Department Manager to provide daily oversight to the Social Services and Case Management functions at a medical center. 
  • The Interim Manager develops clinical standards of care and ensures staff provide patient-focused care in accordance with these standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Additional oversight areas include resource budgeting, as well as staff selection and development.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Active California RN license required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
