Summary
A California Medical Center is searching for an Interim Nurse Manager of Adolescent Psych to join their team
The Position
- The Interim Nurse Manager of Adolescent Psych will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the department.
- This leader will report to the Senior Director of Nursing, and oversee a team of two direct reports and ~30 FTEs.
- This leader will be expected to maximize department efficiencies in order to increase census, improve team collaboration, and outline proposal for country school programs.
- The ideal candidate will have a background is IP/OP Adolescent Psych. They will be process focuses, positive, and be a gratitude driven leader.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Active CA RN license required.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

- In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
- The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
