New Interim Housekeeping Manager needed to serve at a Washington Hospital! 

The Position

  • The Interim Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for developing operational cleaning processes and managing day-to-day operations within the staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Seeking a leader who can confidently drive continuous performance improvement, staff engagement, and can effectively communicate with team members to create a positive working environment. 
  • The Director will identify operational improvement opportunities, execute improvement initiatives in environmental services, and will utilize cost-effective resources to ensure the achievement of environmental service initiatives that are implemented. 
  • Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of hospital supervisory experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
