The Position
- The Interim Program Manager, Regulatory Compliance, will be responsible for the oversight of all regulatory compliance initiatives across the division.
- Reporting to the Division Director, the Interim Program Manager will be responsible for closely monitoring surveys and will ensure that all operations across multiple sites are aligned with local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
- Seeking a strong leader who holds the ability to initiate strategic action plans and will encourage high performance, improvement, and innovation across the division.
- The Interim Program Manager will strive to create and foster positive working relationships with team members to ensure a strong, trusting, and collaborative work environment.
- Candidates will ideally bring a strong background in Quality and/or Compliance within a related setting.
- Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

- In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
- The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
