A Medical Center located in Snellville, Georgia is looking for their next Interim NICU Manager to join their team

The Position

  • The Interim NICU Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the NICU department.
  • Reporting to the Director of Medical Care, this role will oversee a team of 18 FTEs.
  • This leader will be expected to onboard and hire staff, accordingly, maintain the stability of the unit until a full-time replacement leader is found, along with being a visible resource to the staff. 
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong, visible leader who interacts with the staff daily. Must have an open communication style and maintain chemistry with the unit. Must be a knowledgeable NICU leader and be seen as the “go to person” for the department. 
  • Must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospital, inpatient role setting, with a minimum of 1-year relevant leadership experience. 
  • BSN required.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

The Park hosts several special events throughout the year for the community.
