A Massachusetts Medical Center is seeking their new Interim Director of Compensation!  

The Position

• The Interim Director of Compensation is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department and will manage approximately 5 FTEs.   
• The Interim Director of Compensation will strive to implement, maintain, and align current processes while simultaneously driving ongoing projects and initiatives throughout the department. 
• Seeking an experienced leader who will drive strategy to maximize optimal growth while ensuring that all compensation processes are in adherence to organizational and departmental goals. 
• Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• 10+ years of compensation experience is required; 5+ years of managerial experience within a compensation setting is required. 
• Healthcare experience is required.

• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
