The Position

  • An Interim Director of Case Management is needed to oversee case management operations.
  • This role will report to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and will manage sixteen FTEs, including care managers, social workers, and utilization review nurses.
  • The leader will stabilize staffing and improve workflows, rebuilding the department.
  • Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in case management and utilization review, with the ability to lead a unionized team effectively.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Previous healthcare experience required.
