The Position

  • The Director, Operational Innovation and Outpatient Facilities is responsible for facility planning, technology innovation, and service line development to align with Mount Nittany Health’s (MNH) mission, vision, and values.  
  • This role reports directly to the Mount Nittany Physician Group (MNPG) Chief Operating Officer and will work in close collaboration with the Director, Marketing Development and the Business Development team for facility planning and service line development. The role will also establish close relationships and collaborate regularly with the Practice Operations Directors.  
  • Directs facility planning, technology innovation, and service line development in collaboration with internal stakeholders to determine the feasibility of program development opportunities with specific reference to technology engagement and innovation to include telehealth and remote monitoring activity.
  • Maintains expertise in facility design, technology innovation, and clinical service line models through attendance at regional and national events.
  • Will be a thought leader and project driver for practice expansion plans targeted for late 2023 completion and future projects in development.
  • Must bring demonstrated project management experience, as well as business operations experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of experience required; Master’s preferred.
