Lead System-Wide Professional Development and Education Initiatives

The Position

  • The Senior Director, Clinical Professional Development oversees the system-wide clinical training and education programs with oversight for 20 FTEs.
  • Reporting to the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, the Senior Director will cultivate a culture of professional growth, drive a successful clinical ladder program, and standardize policies and procedures for nursing practice. 
  • Seeking a supportive and dynamic leader to engage with staff and identify needs across the organization, enhance patient care skills, and ensure required competencies and certifications are achieved.
  • Must bring significant clinical experience, including within nursing education and 7+ years of management experience.
  • RN and MSN required. Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) certification preferred.
