Lead process improvements for an Arizona health facility as Interim Director for the Intensive Care Unit

The Position
  • The Interim Director Intensive Care Unit assesses process and performance in the ICU and compiles an evidence-based report focused on areas needing improvement
  • Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Interim Director is responsible for staffing, recruitment and survey readiness in the ICU
  • This leader oversees 13 RNs, 2 CNAs, a secretary and a patient access specialist
  • BSN, ICU leader experience and Arizona RN license required

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
