Interim Director, Cancer Service Line needed in California Medical Center

The Position

  • The Interim Director of Cancer Service Line will be responsible for the oversite and day-to-day operations of both the radiation and medical oncology department. 
  • This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and oversee a team of 30+ FTE’s.
  • This position will be responsible for overseeing new construction project that will be doubling the size of the current unit, increase volume and growth across the service line, ensure department is ready for upcoming Joint Commission survey and assess staff, efficiencies and work flow to improve processes.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is collaborative and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • BSN required. Previous union experience is required.
