The Position

  • The Nurse Manager, Acute Care is responsible for clinical operations centered on cardio and stroke cases in the acute care unit
  • The Nurse Manager, Acute Care is responsible for 70 FTEs and will resolve issues surrounding staffing and turnover
  • Key goals for the Nurse Manager include patient safety, change management, implementing Lean principles and building team collaboration
  • Prior clinical background in cardiovascular or stroke services is preferred
  • BSN degree highly preferred
