Join a Health System’s Senior Leadership Team as the New Corporate Director of Quality Management in the Southeast Region
- The Corporate Director provides system-wide leadership for the Quality Management Department at a health system in the Southeast region, including oversight for the department’s budget, staffing functions, and a team of 15 FTEs across multiple campuses.
- As an integral member of the system’s senior leadership team, the Corporate Director reports to and works in close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer to drive results around key quality initiatives, including zero patient harm, high reliability, and sepsis and readmissions outcomes.
- The Corporate Director is responsible for the health system’s performance improvement, regulatory compliance, Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and peer review, clinical safety, patient experience, and additional quality projects that align with system and individual campus priorities.
- Integrate an evidence-based and data-driven approach into the department’s strategic long-range planning, productivity standards, and all quality-related programs and reporting.
- Must bring a significant background in Quality Management, including at least 5+ years in a leadership capacity at the system-level. Experience with Lean principles is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health administration, public health or business administration required.
