The Position

• The Interim Director of Case Management will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the department. 
• This leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence to departmental best practices and policies. Furthermore, they will offer comprehensive guidance and education to case managers, empowering them to proficiently manage cases in accordance with GMLOS guidelines, thereby enhancing the functionality of MDR.
• We are seeking candidates who embody strength, assertiveness, and responsibility in leadership, capable of effectively managing challenging staff members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and excel in fostering collaboration within the team.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active California RN license is required. 
• Previous healthcare experience is required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000 annually. 
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
