A Western region healthcare facility is seeking their next Interim Director of Advanced Financial Planning! 

The Position

• The Interim Director of Advanced Financial Planning will oversee the day-to-day strategic planning operations throughout the department as they pertain to the overall financial success of the organization. 
• This leader will strive to advance the hospital’s financial planning and data analysis work, with oversight for budgeting, forecasting models, and cost accounting.
• Seeking a leader with hospital experience, including knowledge around budgeting systems, financial analysis, and costing methodologies in a hospital setting. 
• The ideal leader will have strong leadership skills, experience with Meditech and Strata systems, team building, and the ability to drive change and innovation.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• CFP and/or CFA certification is preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $160,000 - $165,000 annually. 
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
