The Position
  • The Interim System Vice President is responsible for setting the vision and strategy of Workforce Planning and Inclusions, Talent Acquisition, and Executive and Provider recruitment with a focus on developing creating strategies that result in fulfillment of current and future workforce needs
  • Develops and delivers Talent Management strategy that creates an organizational culture which attracts highly skilled leadership, providers and caregivers
  • Uses business, strategic and talent acumen in partnership with HRPO to understand organizational strategies, goals and mission direction to anticipate talent needs
  • Leads a collaborative team of talent professionals in timely and cost effective delivery of all talent and workforce planning solutions to me operational needs
  • Partners with the HR Service Center and front facing teams to ensure effective management of system-wide strategies, processes and support systems
  • Must have experience leading talent acquisition  for a large, multi-state health system
  • Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience required

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
