The Position

  • The Interim HR Manager, Employee Engagement will oversee a health system's team of four employees with responsibility for the areas of talent acquisition and HR generalists.
  • Seeking a leader with employee relations and systems management experience to support streamlining current systems, identifying efficiency opportunities, and employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree and HR experience in a healthcare setting required.
