A Washington Medical Center is seeking their next Interim Department Manager of Neuro, PMR, Spine, and Rheumatology! 

The Position

  • The Interim Department Manager of Neuro, PMR, Spine, and Rheumatology, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department.  
  • The Interim Department Manager will ensure that all departmental operations are within local, state, and federal compliance regulations in addition to organizational expectations.  
  • Seeking an experienced leader who will be able to efficiently maintain departmental initiatives while driving collaboration, engagement, and optimal patient care.  
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required. 
  • Healthcare experience is required. 

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
