Summary

New System-Level Director opportunity with Aspirus System, located in Wausau, Wisconsin, to lead Facilities Planning and Construction Management

The Position
  • The System Director of Facilities Planning & Construction Management (FPCM) is responsible for planning all current and future Aspirus health system buildings and grounds and Aspirus partnership facilities
  • Achieves key objectives through strategic collaboration with key stakeholders, including key executives, committees, and Boards, the management of construction project budgets, coordination with sustainability initiatives, and directing FPCM staff
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining an overall long-range facilities plan for the system, assuring execution on strategic goals and efficient operation of all business units, hospitals and clinics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years’ progressively responsible experience facilities planning and construction management
  • At least five years’ leadership experience preferred
