Interim, Director of Risk Management needed in Washington!

The Position 

  • The Interim Director of Risk Management will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the department.
  • This leader will report to the Vice President Risk and Regulatory; Compliance Officer. 
  • This director will oversee the daily operations pertaining to patient safety and quality improvement, patient care complaint resolution, claims management, and insurance administration. Additionally, they will be responsible for directing the Workers’ Compensation and Safety Program, ensuring the development and maintenance of a safe work environment.
  • Ideal candidates will have strong communication and project management skills. Must be able to hit the ground running. 


  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Must possess a minimum of six years relevant leadership, with at least three years’ experience as a manager. 

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $170,000 -$175,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
