The Position

  • The Interim Nurse Manager, Critical Care Float Pool & Cardiac Step Down, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 18-bed Cardiac Step-Down unit, and approximately 60+ total FTEs. 
  • This leader will oversee 80+ total FTE and will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including quality, patient engagement, staff engagement, and survey readiness.  
  • The Interim Nurse Manager will be involved in evaluating the department's structure and providing input as it pertains to staff performance and departmental growth. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active MA RN license and/or willingness to obtain pre-hire is required.
  • EPIC EHR experience is strongly preferred.
