A Massachusetts healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Nurse Manager, Postpartum! 

The Position

• The Interim Nurse Manager, Postpartum, will be responsible for day-to-day operations as they pertain to postpartum care throughout the 47-bed department.   
• The Interim Nurse Manager will oversee approximately 25+ FTEs and will focus on ongoing initiatives including culture and team dynamic. 
• Seeking an experienced Women’s Services leader who will be able and willing to mentor staff members while encouraging collaboration and communication. 
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active RN license is required.
