BJC HealthCare is seeking an Executive Director of Orthopedics to bring a mentality of purpose and strong values to its orthopedic and spine services. This role will identify new opportunities to drive innovation, establish a collaborative culture, standardize processes, strengthen performance, and improve the overall functionality throughout both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic clinical care.

In partnership with senior leadership, the leader will implement short- and long-term strategies dedicated to program development, market share growth, and business retention.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above required.
• The ideal candidate must have experience in both community and academic hospital settings. 
• BJC is looking for someone with prior experience driving strategy and operations for orthopedics or related service lines. 
• The organization will consider both clinical and non-clinical candidates; the ideal applicant will have a strong background in healthcare administration.
