Baylor Scott & White Health is recruiting a VP, Chief Nursing Officer for Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. Join the four-time Magnet-designated academic medical center in this executive role

The leader serves as the driving force behind clinical operations, increased employee engagement, high retention and zero defects, as per Magnet standards. The VP, CNO should be comfortable in a highly political environment and bring a high EQ. This position will set a high bar in regards to nursing care and embody the values of the organization, serving as an example for other hospitals within the system. A key element of this role will be to maintain Magnet designation, while communicating and collaborating system-wide to carry out organizational missions.

Applicants must have:

  • A BSN with master’s degree or MSN
  • Leadership experience as a CNO or Associate CNO
  • Achieved a Magnet designation and an understanding of the Magnet journey
