Spearhead growth for a system in New York as Chief Administrative Officer of Home Care!

Catholic Health Services of Long Island has enlisted B.E. Smith to aide in their search for a Chief Administrative Officer – Home Care. The CAO of Home Care will head strategic Home Care and Hospice operations for the health system, including growing specialty programs such as Pediatric Hospice and Behavioral Home Health. This leader will pave the way for clinical and technological initiatives in both the homecare and hospice programs. 

The CAO of Home Care will support a value-based payment system, lead an EMR change implementation, increase the current telemedicine program, and maintain oversight of the expansion of the community and facility-based palliative care programs. The ideal candidate must possess prior certified home health agency executive experience, financial and budgetary experience, and a familiarity with Population Health strategies and initiatives. An RN with a Master’s degree is required.
