Catholic Medical Center has partnered with B.E. Smith to Recruit a Director of Case Management and Social Work. This Director will be responsible for 26 FTEs across Case Management, Social Work, and Emergency departments. He or she will carry out the organizational implementation plan to guide department-specific growth, while working to reduce length of stay, optimize bed flow, resolve patient outliers, and network to build relationships. 
A clinical background is preferred for this position, including a BSN with a Master’s Degree or an MSN. The organization will consider a social worker or case leader with substantial experience and a Master’s Degree.
